Thanks for the follow up.

Still seems a bit odd. We're using v3.5.3 of JoomSEF with Joomla! v1.5.15 stable.

From what I can put together from the forums it's the old URLs from the (existing live) site that are causing some conflict?

Unfortunately I don't know exactly what the problematic links are.

All I can say is that an item/menu that is supposed to be a category blog does not display with JoomSEF on, and displays as intended when it is off.

It seems via the forums that others have experienced this, but I can't find anywhere that indicates what needs to be done to remove the problem.

Hi all,

The short of it is that we're (finally) moving from Joomla 1.0x to 1.5x and have a dev site underway. For Google etc reasons we imported all the pre-existing URLS from the 1.0x site. As such we purchased JoomSEF again ... but now category blog view articles and menu links appear broken.

Looking through the forum it appears this has something to do with multiple SEF URLs for the same Joomla URL, and the "priority" and "active" settings within JoomSEF. What, exactly, is the bit I can't find.

Is anyone able to help me understand what actions need to be taken in order to resolve this situation? Or perhaps a recommendation to get the paid support and get the guys at Artio to actually do the work??
