Same problem here with:
Artio version V3.0.0
Joomla 1.5.3

Get error:
DB function failed with error number 1054
Unknown column '3Ageneral' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT title, `id` FROM jos_categories WHERE id = 1%3Ageneral

only on "Web Links" component, other aspects of the site fine.

Basic Joomla SEF works fine. But error only occurs with Joomsef enabled.

Other info:
PHP V5.2.5
Mysql V5.0.51

Any ideas how to track / resolve the issue.
