My order: 00018047

Try to edit a customer in the backend: Check the box left from the customer name and click "edit". Now change something or add something and click "save". The changes were saved, but the whole Joomla-Menuebar disappears and you are not able to do something. You have to close your browser and log in again.

I noticed this bug in version 1.2.5 and in the newest version 1.2.7. (don't know about 1.2.6)
I use Joomla 1.5.23

Yes, it works now, but you get kicked out of the admin-area after creating a customer and you have to log in again.
Is there maybe also a fix for this problem?

It would be nice, if someone from ARTIO could have a look at this, too - because I think, that this is really a massive bug and I paid for this component.

confirmed. I have the same problem with the paid version.

My problem is, that I want to predefine a couple of users in the Joomla-Backend (User Manager) and when they log in, the hidden menu-item with the Artio-Booking component should show.
That works of course, but now in the Booking-component, the component writes "You aren't customer" and the link "become customer". This is not, what I want!

When I turn all (menu-item and the settings in the Artio Booking-Settings) to "public" it works perfect. You can make your reservation and on the last page the component just asks for your name and so on.
This works very good and this is what I want.

But as soon, I log in on the frontend, this strange behaviour with this "You aren't customer" appears.
