I had a problem when JoomSef is enable I cant acces to a particular directory, for example.

mySite.com --- htacces generated by JoomSEF
mySite.com/wiki --- htacces generated by me, protected by user and password

When JoomSEF is enable Joomla give me a 404 ERROR.

FILE NOT FOUND: wiki

In mySite.com/wiki, I installed MediaWiki.

Plese Help ME, I have many weeks trying to fix this.
