Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get support after I have PAID for support. I have a small problem that I need address ASAP but have not heard anything from this company even after i called and talked to them and they assured me that they would send me instruction that day. I am getting very frustrated and have a very angry client that is driving me crazy about this issue. I am only wanting to change the time format from 24 hrs to 12 hrs. Simple?! If anyone knows how I get support or knows the answer to this questions please reply!
