Hello,

I am using VM invoice to send invoices to my customers.

With online webshoporders by VM i have no problem in Artio VM Invoice, but i also use POS for Webshops and all the orders uploaded in VM by my POS there is no valuta symbol selected in VM Invoice. The same order in VM does have a valuta symbol, but Artio VM Invoice does not import this.

Is this something you can untherstand and maybe resolve?

mitk	Hello, if you wait an answer from Artio team, please, send us a Suppor ticket - it can be found in your Artio user account -> left panel -> Support.
