I love the functionality of this component, and there is nothing wrong with it. However, I would like the ability to be able to use this component throughout all of virtuemarts email process. Can this be done?

For example, when an item is shipped, can I use VM Invoice to send the email?

When an item is refunded again can I use VM invoice to send an email?

If there is no option now, will it be available in the future?

Unfortunately VM Invoice doesn´t support this feature, e-mail is sent only one time. Also at the moment we have no plan to implement this feature in our component, so I only can offer you a paid support service to we could make this change for you.
