Can you send a copy of the order where this happened to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ?

Since I created my very own file "fatturahtml.php. so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the 1.4.0 version 1.3.4 then I changed my file with the changes you made on version 1.4.0 and now I have the invoice payment method and your order number.

In looking at the strings in "invoicehtml.php ver 1.4.0" in line 15 is missing, compared to the old, the following line:

define ('VMI_NL', "\ n ");

was just move elsewhere.

However, the invoice generation was largely redone. So if you had create own file, it may now be in conflict with the new version and may need an upgrade too.

We anyway prepare invoice teplating system for v2, then redefining the default appearance should be easier.
