TOPIC: Still TCPDF ERROR

Re: Still TCPDF ERROR 13 years, 1 month ago #25298

I also updatet to 1.7.5 and problem is still same, but i tried sam8571 suggestion to remove logo and i inserted logo manually to template and now i don't see body anywhere in pdf.

Now i can make PDF, but body is missing, there is header and footer, but body is empty. Any suggestions?

Sorry. In next few hour will be released fix version. That's why we pulled of 1.7.5 version from upgrade, because it didn't displayed invoices when using some currency symbol.

Also about the image paths: they are fixed also and (because URLs are mess) will contain new config option for choosting which image paths will be used (absolute - relative with path - relative). That could resolve some image problems.

Hello,

I can only copy comment from jaku:

1. you shouls use the relative path; that is "images/logos/logo.gif"; see if the path where TCPDF looks for the file matches the real location (this has to be SYSTEM FILE PATH), not the web (URL) path

2. if you are 100% sure the path is correct, then try with other image; note that TCPDF does not support all types of images (so e.g. animated GIFs or transparency PNGs or with some special color palettes) will not work! There might be also other limitations, so try - just for testing - with more images in more formats (you can also try with JPG);

Did you check image format?
