TOPIC: Registration not working on live-site

Dear Sire/Madam,

The VmInvoice system says the registration data is not valid, or could not be checked for the live site: www.autopot.nl

Maybe something went wrong while purchasing VmInvoice, could you please check/solve this problem?

Hello. Did you download VM Invoice component through Download ID from our website? It's needed to be downloaded to activate the product.

Yep, I did download it with the Download ID on the Artio site.
Now that I overlooked my account again it looks like I've filled the test site in the live site URL field and the live site in the test site field. Could you swap those for me?

Did you download all packages with all download IDs?

You have to have three download IDs for this files:

plg_vminvoice_autorun.zip
vminvoice-docs.pdf
com_vminvoice.zip

I see in ARTIO database that you downloaded only plugin.
You have to download all to complete activate product.

Ok, also on order of testing and live URL's doesen't really matter.
