TOPIC: Problem viewing of the body invoice ver 1.7.7

Problem viewing of the body invoice ver 1.7.7 13 years ago #25416

After I uninstalled the old version fully charged last version 1.7.7

Unfortunately you can not see the body of the bill. Even manually putting the text in the body of your template. This is not seen in the invoice. As if I enter text in the head and footer that you see.

I see no posts about this problem. Maybe there's just me.

I'm not an expert but I looked at the php file vmivoice

In invoicepdf.php files in the folder administrator / components / com_vminvoice / helpers / I noticed that there is a function for the configuration of the body, but there are functions for head and bottom.
Perhaps it is the problem?

I also tried to replace the joomla library files with an updated version of the TCPDF but nothing changes.

I'm thinking of having thrown away the money for buying a crappy software.

I hope you solve the problem permanently and you do that every time an update is to be crazy to put everything in place.

thanks

+1 for me.
Just newly installed 1.7.7 into Joomla 1.5.23...not a brilliant start although I'm sure this can be sorted quickly.

OK, turning on TidyUp seems to have fixed my issues.
I think you should rewrite your sample template with valid xhtml.

I can move forward from here though.

I found a clue.
In the invoice template, the code htm if you delete the variable {items} the body of the bill appears. Obviously you do not see the list of products.
It seems to me that this does not exist as various fields in any table in the DB.

Surely you connect to a file.php ...... What is it?

So me going to see and correct that

Hello,
these notices are not caused by the VM Invoice but how TCPDF processes its output. Anyway, it should be no harm.
The TidyUp function is optional now as it caused problems for some users.

The supplied invoice template is valid XHTML.
