It was not possible to check your registration information. The upgrade server may be temporarily down. Please, try again later.


I am not able to upgrade from 1.4.0. to 1.4.2.

Is this because I am working on the IP address and not yet the real domain?

Can it manually be done the upgrade then?

Hello,
it is more likely that there is some security restriction on your computer that prevents it from downloading the new package from our server.

In that case, I recommend going to
www.artio.net/e-shop/download-area
download the latest VM Invoice using your Download ID and then do the "upgrade from file" at the upgrade page.
