TOPIC: Problem after installation

Hi,

I am using joomla 2.5 and vm 2.0.20b

I installed on my localhost to test and had no problems, it is an exact copy that I took just before. When installing on to the live site there are problems however.

1) the Control Panel will not show, I just get a blank page.

2) when I select orders and try and download them it just gets stuck in a loop that cause the site to crash. I can view all of the orders, just not download them.

any help would be happily received :)

I forgot to mention that it is vmInvoice that I am having the problem with :)

Hello,

1) Please, check logs if there is something about this problem. Blank page can mean many possible errors, but I have no problem, same as on your localhost.

2) I am not sure what everything you are trying to download. If you try to download PDF invoices for every order you have in database, then it can take so long that it will be stopped by system. Every webhosting have some limit for maximal execution time.
Try to donwload them by smaller parts.
