Hello, i installed the most recent VM Invoice into Joomla 2.5.4 with Virtuemart 2.0.7c. It is only a test site to try out the features. I am running on PHP 5.2.17 with 90M memory limit for running scripts. Mod_rewrite, Joomla SEF and VM SEO are enabled.

First i installed the component VM Invoice and did an order. Than i created the PDF/Invoice withhin the Order Management of the compontent. Result: Full Invoice.

Than i changed one thing into the configuration: I activated some custom fields to be shown in the footer like adress, Bank and so on. Result: Header and Footer are shown, but no items. I retried this with playing around some options. No other result. The Body of the Invoice ist empty. No items are shown.

Than i activated debug mode. Instead of the items, these Errors are shown:

pama OFFLINE Posts: 489	Hello. Can you post here whole HTML code from debug mode? Also, do you have PHP Tidy extension installed on server? (if yes, must be newer than 14.8.2007)

pama OFFLINE Posts: 489	Hello. There is corrupted code caused by probably paste/inserting template code. Were you changing template? Or it can be caused by wysiwyg editor. What editor are you using? Thanks. You need to remove parts with: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html> <head> </head> <body> </body> </html>

media OFFLINE Media-Service-Essen Posts: 13	Hello and thank you so far... I did not change the default invoice template. Editor is JCE Editor most recent version. Maybe i have to uninstall JCE Editor and install invoice generator again? When changing html configuration within JCE, nothing happens.

pama OFFLINE Posts: 489	First go to Invoice template and click "Restore template back to original". Than, invoice should be ok. If problem comes again after saving configuration, that is probably because JCE editor (however, I tested it now and it works with it). In that case, you don't need to uninstall JCE, just select different as your default editor (in Users -> User manager -> find you account -> Editor).
