TOPIC: Getting Forbidden 403 message

Getting Forbidden 403 message 11 years, 11 months ago #34764

As soon as I try to edit an invoice, I get a 403 Forbidden message.

______________

You don't have permission to access /website/administrator/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

______________

Also, As I try to add a new invoice, there is no response.

Could you please help me get this new component work? Thanks

I bought this component 2 weeks ago. It is not working. I am not new to Joomla... this is not working at all.

2 weeks and no reply to my message. I am not having any support at all. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!

Can you help? Or this this just another 40$ to the trash for a crappy extension with no support?

Please,
check www.artio.net/support-forums/rules
and provide information about the versions. (Joomla, VM Invoice, VirtueMart)

It is also very frustrating asking every other user for the same thing again and again.
From what you write, either there is some version problem or the component was not installed properly (maybe to some write permission problems?). Anyway 403 error may mean an authorization settings problem as well. (such as user not allowed to access given page)

I get your point. But I still think you shouldn't ignore a customer request for help on a product he just bought from you.

I am using Joomla 2.5.8, Virtuemart 2.0.14, VM Invoice 2.0.19

I think my question was pretty clear about what the problem was. Let me know if you need any other info that could help.

Has this ever been resolved? I am using Joomla 2.5.11 and Artio version 2.0.24 and I have the same issue.

Hello,

As I don't know, what is going on in this topic, can you be more specific?
You can also try to update your VM Invoice to actual version 2.0.25 if it will help you.

When I edit order in VM Invoice, I do not have these problems and it also works for many other customers. Can you also check logs? It can be problem as jaku wrote.

Does it happen when open order detail page or after saving it? Where exactly do you get this error?
