Hello, I would need some of my Front-Users (not customers, but providers) could create a new invoice from the New Order menu (currently in the back-end)... Would it be possible to get a link to this menu from the Front-End?

link to backend from frontend should be possible. Try to use external url and write there something like:
administrator/index.php?option=com_vminvoice&controller=invoices&task=addOrder
