Might be an idea to take a screen shot of your virtuemart extension settings.

Also need to set it your site is www. or not. If you put www. in front of your site url then it works.

Try setting always www. in the basic artio sef settings

do you mean since installation of VM Invoice?
That should have absolutelly no onfluence on how VirtueMart is working. It works absolutelly independently and does not modify any of VirtueMart files.
