I think a great addition to your component is that users can make their own invoice footer just by simply adding other tags like this:
Subtotal: {subtotal}
Discount: {discount}
Total: {total}

Hello,

Users can make their own footers by modifying item row template. Only last column has to be {subtotal}.
Your footer will use same columns like row template.

Hi Majo, I see that. But i only need to see the tax at the bottom of the invoice. Not per item row.
