TOPIC: URL CHANGE

URL CHANGE 13 years, 7 months ago #22045

Hi,

I purchased JoomSEF from your company for www.naturalppl.com but we have decided to use the URL www.naturalppl.com/np

Could this please be changed/updated in your system as its not allowing us to use this component.

Hello,

yes, changing the registered URL is possible for a small adminsitration fee.
You can request the change at:

Hi,

Thank you for the reply.

The thing is that its not a significant URL Change. it is just about adding the folder name. www.naturalppl.com to the URL www.naturalppl.com/np

Is this something that should still be charged?

I understand if the URL changes significantly it makes sense to charge for it and I would have no issues paying for it.

Please reconsider the charges.

Hello,

well, it makes no difference for us if the change is small (just folder added) or bigger (change of domain). The process is fully automated. If you want to change the URL, you need to proceed through that link.
The fee is ment as just "symbolic" to prevent misuse of the tool. (it is price of 1 coffee in restaurant, so I guess, it should be acceptable for anyone)

If we were about changing the URL manually for you, it would have to be more expensive just to cover the time spent with it.

Hopefully you can understand that.
