I have the following lines of code inserted into every page of my website.

This is visible when viewing the source code.

Disabling "System - ARTIO JoomSEF" plugin removes the unauthorised code.

I have paid versions of JoomSEF and the VM extension (extension purchased from JoomSeller). Please advise why these links are inserted into my web pages and how I can remove them.

This is not an isolated instance. A Google search on "casus telefon joomla" reveals thousands of websites with the above code inserted into their pages.

This is really strange. Try deleting all the URLs created in JoomSEF's URLs Manager and let them recreate. You can also try uninstalling the VM extension by JoomSeller. If that doesn't help, also try uninstalling whole JoomSEF and reinstalling it again.
I can assure you that none of our components or extensions offered in our own e-shop contain any hidden links.

Deleting the URL's using the URL Manager didn't help BUT uninstalling the VM Extension solved the problem.

I trust that you will take this up with your reseller and arrange for them to supply me a "clean" extension (Joomseller Transaction #: 5A194449WY569600B)
