Untranslated portions of the URLs with Joomfish 13 years, 6 months ago #21836

Hi,

In some of the URLs on my site, the section and category part of the URL is not translated. However, the article name part in the URL is translated.

For example, please see the URLs to the articles in this page.

How I can ensure that every part of the URL is properly translated?

Hello,
make sure the URL has been refreshed AFTER the section/category has been translated.
Simply look for the invalid URL in URL Manager, delete it and wait until it is regenerated by JoomSEF.

it doesn't help. all stays the same.
there are other pages, where all works OK.
how this can be debugged?

It is not easy to debug these cases. You may delete the wrong link, may sure there are no other duplicates existing in the DB and then having it regenerated.

There is no reason why it should work only in some cases, (if the translation is published)

hello,

we still suffer from numerous untranslated section/category parts of URLs.
for example here you can see, that only the link to the second article is correctly generated. all articles are the same, the section and category is translated, as you can see.

PLEASE HELP!
