I have purchased several products in webshop and am try to redownlaod. When I select any of the links below in account maintenance I am taken to a cateogory page with no downloads. My order info is as below:

The links now work, except every file that i try to download is the Joomsef component. I cannot re-download any extensions even though the link properly takes me to an extension's order history

UPDATE:

The download ID is correct in the URL but not in the download ID box. So I manually paste and it works.

As for extension update, I added download ID to the extension in my Artio Config and it doesn't seem to register and the only extension that appears in the 'Upgrade' screen is the free Kunena extension.
