Hello, I bought Joomsef and VM plugin (order 3554).

My situation:

Joomla 1.59
Virtuemart 1.1.3
Joomfish 2.0.2


Installed Joomsef without problems (well, an early 500 error, then I copied the suggested htaccess and the Internal server error disappeared).

I've a menu made 'manually' within joomla admin linking VM categories and sub categories (manually means that it's not from VM module, but I used standard Joomla interface for menu).

Let's say:

cat-A
cat-B
cat-C

each main category has the same subcategories (the same name, but they contain different products of course)

cat-A
subcat-x
subcat-y
subcat-z

cat-B
subcat-x
subcat-y
subcat-z

....

With the standard Joomla SEF I had such a kind of url:

www.xxxxxxxxx.xx/it/cat-A/subcat-x

With Joomsef I have:

for main category:

www.xxxxxxxxx.xx/it/cat-A.html

for subcategory:

www.xxxxxxxxx.xx/it/subcat-x.html

for a product (whos id is 1 and name is myname):

www.xxxxxxxxx.xx/it/cat-A/cat-A/subcat-x/1-myname-1.html

Why when I enter a subcategory, the name of its main category disappear?

Why when I enter a product page the name of its main category appear again but doubled?

There are just 3/4 products, only in first and second subcategory of first main category.
