Now the upgrade process worked.

But now I have the free version 3.5.1 with the links to artio on each page.


I'm now waiting 4 days for a simple upgrade.

The support here is really terrible.

1. it is not really our problem you have entered wrong site URL - it is our goodwill we have changed it for you
2. the change to "stilpunkt-living.de" has been made 2 days ago

I didn' t enter my site URL wrong. I moved my shop to another domain.
If this is a problem for you then you should tell this in your rules that changing domains is not allowed.

I wrote two e-mails to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it on saturday 21.11.09 and on monday 23.11.09
Yesterday you changed the URL to stilpunkt.de instead stilpunkt-living.de
That was your fault not mine.

Today I could upgrade my site to the new version 3.5.1
The problem (www.artio.net/support-forums/joomsef-pay...ckettheme-mynxx#9186) is solved now.
That means that your JoomSEF was buggy.

But now I have the free version installed and the daffy links on my site.


That's not the way you should treat your customers !!
