most likely you have upgraded from some older version.
In such case, your configuration file remains untouched to keep your current configuration.

You need to enter your JoomSEF configuration and resave your JoomSEF configuration. (there is no need to purche stored URLs, just resave the configuration)
Then the missing attribute shall be saved to the configuration file and this notice should disappear.

In page configuration I have 2 Notices :

Notice: Use of undefined constant _COM_SEF_TT_PREVENTNONSEFOVERWRITE - assumed '_COM_SEF_TT_PREVENTNONSEFOVERWRITE' in D:wampwwwimmoadministratorcomponentscom_sefviewsconfigtmpldefault.php on line 207

I upgrade JoomSEF 3.2.3 -> 3.2.9 with button "Upgrade" in admin.

My problem is not solved even by saving the configuration file.

Please, then try to reinstall from the latest file.
(follow the same steps as upgrading from free to paid in documentation).

Make sure all permissions are correct so all files get overwritten.
The constant mentioned above is defined in administration - assests/strings.php together with others.
So most likely some of the files were not upgraded correctly and are not actual.

A copy files manually to fix this problem.
The automatic update did not work properly in my case.
