Ive just discovered that i have meta tag and redirect spam on a couple of my sites , these sites are all upto date and so is the artio component , what can i do about it ? have you got a fix for it ? obviously this isnt good for SEO

Seriously the support here is terrible , if i dont get some response with in 24 hours then ill be doing charge backs on the licences that ive paid for with you. Ive had a security expert look at the site and check for bugs and even he has put it down to your application.

before starting to complain about the quality of support, you could:
1. read the support forum rules,
2. tell us, what is your order ID(s) and if you are referring to paid version of JoomSEF
3. what is the "redirect spam" you are reffering to?
4. what are the sires you are reffering to?
5. "Ive had a security expert look at the site and check for bugs and even he has put it down to your application" -- so what did the "security expert" found out? Do you have any facts, logs, evidence or whatever except strong words?

And if you expect 24/7 support, or even response within 24h during weekends, maybe we could agree on a special support programme for you. Certainly that is not something we can provide for single license price of 24.99 EUR.
