there is the problem :

Joom SEF is installed and working fine but if i activate Joomla cache (either File or APC) it seems that itemid are lost ...

On every page, selected menu entrie is always the first (APC cache) or the second (File cache) ...
If i disable cache menu runs fine again !

I already tried to disable joomsef cache for content component and also a combination of adv options about itemid but nothing solved the problem...

Any idea ?

it relate to first level menu (no submenus here) and affect all entries.
No component installed (except JCE and JoomSEF).

I am afraid I still do not understand fully. Please, post here the examples of links you have there + their both SEO and original appearences. - both in how they show before the cache is switched on and after it is on.

Ok i've tested without SEF activated and it's the same problem !!
It seems that cache corrupt or freeze itemid GET var so item menu activated is still the same on all pages.
I will see that with joomla core team.

ok, got that. Maybe there is a cache for the module, that caches the current status and does not take into account switching to other menu item.
