has ignored my repeated calls and emails.

I paid $67 USD for a software that does nothing.

Lucas will not even tell me if I need to pay another $100 for a support ticket.

He requested a joomla log in, which I created, but I have no record of him ever trying to log in at all.

What do I need to do to get this junk software to work ? I am totally fed up.

It is 4: 30 am in czech republic. Of course Lucas won't answer the phone. And This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it is avoiding me.

I sent a copy of my reciept to both Lucas and the guy in finland. No reply.

Yes this is the second and the third software I bought. All 3 are marked the same and the first one cost me $67 USD and these 2 cost me $37 USD and $17 USD.
