In my error.log of my site i get some strange errors.
For example

Especially the bolded message appeared several times!!!

this seems like that the JoomSEF cache file got corrupted.
Maybe file locking is not working correctly at your system or it got damaged accidentaly (e.g. on unexpected server reset or so). However, first of all I would recommend upgrading to the last version of JoomSEF.

How can i solve that (without upgrading)?
Maybe by uploading the file which comes with the installation package?

To fix that, just delete /cache/cache.php file and JoomSEF will regenerate it.
However, there is no guarantee the same error will not occur again - check the cache settings in JoomSEF configuration (especially the setting regarding file locking) and try to adjust them.
In the worst case, if you do not want to upgrade and the error will keep appearing, you may disable JoomSEF cache.
