Hi,

I am using category blog layout of joomla menu. My configuration is Leading to 0, Intro to 5, Columns to 1, and Links to 0.

But it is always taking the default value as long as SEF is on. If I make it off it is working fine.

Hello Raj,

make sure the Itemid used for displaying the category in question is stored with the Itemid of the corresponding menu item.
The parameters such as leading, intro, etc. are depended on Itemid value.

Same problem as original poster of this thread. I don't understand what id described in the solution? How do we make sure the itemid is "stored with?" Is that a setting somewhere?

You should be able to find there more info on this topic.

Do this:

Purge all the menu from the menu trash folder. Clean the cache in joomla if it is on. Also clean the cache in Sef..you may just generate the SEF url if possible. The problem should get resolved.
