appending custom dir in article urls 14 years, 8 months ago #11530

Hi,

I want my article urls to look like this:

www.mysites.com/customfield/article-about-something

so basicly i dont want to use category or section in url but i want to append the "customfield" dir.

i know how to turn off category and section from being in url but how do i add the "customfield" ?

Thank you

You could try to use the "custom menu title" field in content extension configuration. (Manage Extension / Content / Common Tab)
But I am not sure if it will help in all cases. If not then only possible solution would be making a change in the extension code.
