Hello,

with upgrade of JoomSEF, the Download ID does not change.
You can see your download ID after logging in to our website and checking your past orders.

thanks for the quick response!
but I have my Download ID - not the paid version - as usual, and the Download ID does not work!

Hello,

just checked your order in our system and all seems to be all right.
I have resent you your Download ID for JoomSEF. Make sure you are using the correct one!
(there are 2 different ones - one for JoomSEF and one for JoomSEF manuall - you need to use the first one)

If you keep having problems, please, describe the problem in more detail. (like what error message you are getting)
