Y have trouble: 404 errors after purge SEF url

that may be. it is because JoomSEF will create the SEF URL for a non-SEF URL on the moment when it decects it in the source.

So before a page that leads to such page is displayed if you attempt to go directly to the SEF page, it may generate the 404 error. (because the record does not exists at the moment)

That is why you should use URL purge function carefully and basically only in really necessary cases. The you should visit a page that leads to the most often visited URLs - e.g. sitemap to make sure the SEO URLs get generated.

I must purge URL when take errors in navigation

In such case, you should probably not purge everything, just try to check the problematc URL, what seems to be the problem with it.
The case may be that some duplicate appeared due to inconsistent way of how links for certain component are created.

Usually a permanent solution in such case is to located the "correct" URL and making it "active". (by clicking the activate icon next to it) -- that way it will take precedence from the other duplcated links.
