We are waiting a long long time for any kind of answer of the support but nobody answer!!!
We are very disappointed from your component since it's not doing what it supposes to do!!!
We are still having a major problem with the 301 redirect!!!

if you cannot give us any solution for our problem please send us our money back !!!!
We did not pay for unsuccessful component!!!

When we choose to use your component we read before about the 301 redirect issue and got answers that it will be good for us and make the 301 redirect with no problems!!!
Please give us an answer as soon as possible !!!

I'm having a similar issue. I have yet to have any of the aliases i enter successfully redirected. I've read the documentation (very vague - more a feature list) and there's no information on why this could be happening.

Hello,

there is no "fix" for that. Making a redirect for an URL including a query string - that is a part following the question mark (?) - is not technically not possible with a basic 301 redirect.

To make such redirect a RewriteRule and RewriteCond directives must be used and placed in the .htaccess file.

Such as (just an example, you need to fill in correct conditions):
RewriteCond [%QUERY_STRING%] --testing condition comes here--
RewriteRule .* --url-where-your-want-to-redirect-- [R=301]
