Hi there,

I purchased a copy of the component recently (after having successfully installed it on 3 or so other clients websites) however it's not working.

The issue I have is I can't upgrade and only have the features of the "Free" version. When I go to the upgrade page I see this message:

"Upgrades for your order have not been activated yet. You will obtain the non-paid version of JoomSEF when launching upgrade from ARTIO Server."

Anyone got any ideas? I purchased this in July and have emailed support etc. but have never got a reply.

Hello,

to activate a Download ID, it has to be used at least once for downloading the installation package at www.artio.net/e-shop/download-area.

By making a first download, the ID get activated and then can be used for online upgrade or migration from free to paid version.
