TOPIC: Do not have a download ID

Do not have a download ID 14 years, 4 months ago #13034

When i purchased my Artio JoomSEF I dont recall getting a Download ID so that I could upgrade my extension so i am unable to upgrade to the latest version 3.6.5 that is showing in my installation. Can you please send me my download id. I see no way to retrieve it on your website. I can even see a way to update my account information.
