I hope someone can help I have installed com_joomsef-1[1].3.1

I have purchased the virtumart extension com_joomsef_virtuemart-1[1].0.0 however trying to load this in componant, moduls and mambots has no effect it just comes up and says XML setup file is not for a XXXXXXXX X being what every of the three i try.

I submitted a support request ages ago, but support seems to be a bit no existant as they have never replied. I am hoping someone can tell me if i can upload this manually and if so where both files need to go.

Go to Components

down to: Artio JoomSEF

When the component loads, take a look at the upper right corner of your screen and look for icons that say 'Install', 'Uninstall','Upgrade', 'Back'.

Click the 'Install' icon.

Install your extension.

That should do it.
