Hi there,

I have Artio : ARTIO JoomSEF v1.5.1 on a Joomla 1.0.10 website with VirtueMart 1.0.10.

I just bought and installed the Virtue Mart Plug in and i get this error on the left module when i
click on a product. Please help urgently this is a live site.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class sefext_com_virtuemart in /home/patriot1/public_html/beautywarehouse/components/com_sef/sef_ext/com_virtuemart.php on line 1

Hello Terence,

if you have bought the VM extension lately, you need to be carefull about the version.

VM extension 1.1.x will work only with JoomSEF 2.x.
For JoomSEF 1.x, you will need VM extension 1.0.x.

If you bought wrong version (1.1.1) and you do not wish to upgrade to JoomSEF 2.x yet, write us to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , we will send you correct version (1.0.x).

Just please note that the newest features (setting individual parameters for each extension) are only available with JoomSEF 2.x and the newest extenstions for it.

Hi,

I double checked that and the email certainly had the file attached in .zip format. Can you make sure no anti-spam or anti-virus protection has deleted it?

Optionally, do you have some FTP server (or similar SSH, SCP, ...), where we could copy it for you? If so, please, send us access information via email and we will put the file there for you.
