Hi, We're currently running version 1.5 and wanted to upgrade, but when we click \"Upgrade from Artio Server\", we just get a blank screen. Is there something we need to do for the upgrade to work effectively?

I tried to download the latest version (paid version) but our download period has ended, so we're going to have to rely on the upgrade format. Thanks in advance.
