I have Joomla installed in a subdirectory. I've changed my .htaccess file to show :
RewriteBase /mysite
That file is in my Joomla directory (/mysite) and not the root. Per the instructions, I have uncommented out the RewriteBase.

But I still have no success, I just get "Not Found" pages. Artio is active as well as Joomla's SEO in the configuration.php file. Can anyone provide detailed instructions for getting the latest JoomSEF to work on a site in a subdirectory such as www.somesite.com/mysite
