Hi,

I have installed Joomsef 2.3.2 on Joomla 1.0. There were no errors in the installation of joomsef. The sef urls are working perfectly.

However, there is no sitename in the page title.

The 'Artio Joomsef Metabot' is published. And, the 'Use sitename in page titles' has been set to 'Yes - before page title'. I verified that the 'joomsef_metabot.php' and 'joomsef_metabot.xml' are in the 'mambotssystem' folder. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling joomsef, and I got the same results.

Does anyone know why the sitename does not appear in the page title?
Is there a way to fix this?
Or, is there a workaround?

Hello,

afaik, there should be no issues regarding this functionality.
The latest version is 2.3.3. However, most likely, the problem will be elsewhere - maybe some other component / mambot is rewriting the values set by JoomSEF.
I would try unpublishing other mambots that could be causing this. (any of the non-default ones)

Also, make sure that AFTER you changed the configuration setting, you cleared all tha caches, but as your tried reinstall that should not be problem either -- so just to be sure.
