TOPIC: mosets tree problem

mosets tree problem 17 years, 5 months ago #2479

Hi,

I have a problem with my Joomsef and mtree combination. The fact is that Directory with mtree don't allow to access subcategories, when I click on any category or the Alpha directory it is redirected to the main directory page with subcategories.

Any ideas about this problem? Thanks

I am having the same issues. The funny thing is that all works well aside from when you try to browse through categories, ie the urls for listings in the root looks good, and you may edit them and all.

Funny thing happened:

When I added \"/\" to the list of \"Strip characters\", I got cool, all working URL:s throughout the whole Mosets Tree. But maybe a bit unconvetional ones though.

Instead of getting:
www.mydomain.com/mtree/category1/category2.html
I get
www.mydomain.com/mtree-category1-category2.html

And instead of getting:
www.mydomain.com/mtree/category1/categor...sting3/viewlink.html
I get
www.mydomain.com/category1-category2-listing3/viewlink.html
(note that mtree disappears here)

I have no idea why this happens, but for me this at least works as oppose to the \"desired\" slash-URL:s. Until it does works with slashes, this will do just fine for me at least. For me and my intentions for my site, an extra bonus is that \"mtree\" disappears when viewing a listing.
