I have the last adsmanager (rc2) and the last module.
I installed artio joomsef, entered the config and set "skip" for com_adsmanager.
The problem is that the links for the module arent correct and i have problems because of this.
i get for example :
www.gorjeanul.ro/index.php?optio ... 0&Itemid=1

instead of

www.gorjeanul.ro/index.php?optio ... Itemid=125

What is wrong and what can i do !?

And if i buy the extension for adsmanager will everything work ?(the links for the component and the adsmanager plugins) ?

As it turns out it was a problem with the module itself not how url are made by artio.
I forced the module to put out the right itemid for the link.
