I have joomsef, and sometimes it is causing problems.
For example, I am looking at an analytical component, and it shows that sometimes instead of people reaching the a proper news page
For example: mysite.com/worldnews/congress.html
sometimes is trying to be reached as mysite.com/index.php/congress.html

I noticed that google also has this same problem.
