Hello There,

I have installed joomla 1.5 with fantastico, and also K2 Component and extension for joomsef. I am hosted on HostGator.

Everything installed properly without error, but for some reason I get the 404 error. I did checked your FAQ concerning this error but that didn't help. I have read the doc. 5 times already and still can't figure out how to make it work. Maybe I am to stupid to understand.

Do I have to recreate the menu completely?
Do I have to restart everything from scratch?

In Joomsef config. panel, there are so many options, and it seems like chinese to me.

For me if everything installed properly, why doesn't it work.

I do know it must be me. But any help would be apreciated.

The Home page load perfectly but none of the ohter url are working.

I have finally got it to work, but the page doesn't have any css. any idea?

I have resolved the problem by myself, now everything is working, that is without joomsef. I am glad that I will not have to buy this extension.

The SEF from joomla core works perfectly.( Thanks to a very good tutorial I have found)
