Thank you for making the great JoomSEF!
My site url seems strange. When I disable your JoomSEF my url is friendly and when it's on...it is like
localhost:1006/the-cms/joomla-overview?Itemid=27
Turning off
localhost:1006/joomla-overview
I followed this instruction to create web.config.
