"Error while uploading the file." importing csv

Hi!
I've tried to import a csv file exported with sh404SEF, but no success...

That's what I've done: in the administrator panel
Components > ARTIO JoomSEF > Manage SEF URLs
Click "Import" icon, then select the csv file and click "Import URLs".

JoomSEF say me:

Error while uploading the file.

Import Report
There were some errors during import
File format: None
Parsed lines: 0
Successfully Imported: 0
Not Imported: 0

The JoomSEF version is 3.6.2

Any help would be appreciated...

Hi, I've write a script to import the csv data in the jos_sefurls table, but in the administration panel no urls appear...
Rows in the table seems ok...
What can I do?
