I have installed the latest version of Joomla (1,5.9) and worked very well. I installed the latest version free of Artia Joomsef until there all right. I went to configuraciión comprehensive set some parameters to try and save the changes, bug me, from there I can not enter the frontend or backend. I tried several options, including uploading a new file. Htaccess or change your code for other instructions that allegedly fixed the problem but nothing happens. . .

Somebody help me before they may have to uninstall everything?

Hello,

first of all, try to rename / delete .htaccess file to something else. Then you should be at least able to get to backend.
It is possible that the .htaccess file usage is not allowed by web server configuraiton and this may cause an error. Also the file might contain a directive not supported by your web server setup.
