TOPIC: apache log 404

I've got JoomSEF v1.3.2 installed and running just fine. However my apache logfile is getting filled up with 404 errors for all of my pages. Even though when you browse to them they appear. I'm afraid that when my site gets indexed that the spiders aren't going to see the pages. Is there something I have setup wrong or is there something i can do. I was testing my site in

BrowserShots and it returns a 404 message.
