Hi;
I have been using Artio's SEF gadget for around 3 months and I think its excellent. Thank you.
Over the last couple of days I had a weird thing happen, and it happened without any help from me?
Its the same question which remains unanswered in quite a lot of instances elsewhere on this forum so I'm not honestly expecting a rush of advice.
Basically, I get a lot of traffic from social network sites such as Digg, Reddit etc.
But the thing is when my visitors arrive at my site they are given a \"you are not authorized to view..\" warning when attempting to view the content.
This has already cost me search engine rank, and from a past experience with an Artio breakdown, the \"traffic tailspin\" as a result of changing \"en masse\", all of a websites custom SEF URL's back to either CORE SEF or standard \"ugly\" URL's is unstoppable.
I'm guessing there is nothing I can do as mine is an older, free version of the SEF component?
Is it a case of \"pay, or be gone\" or do you offer any \"legacy\" support?
Thanks again. Its truly a great component, and one I wish I had never used. Quite the paradox!
Ian
